Ingredients
- Coconut Flour – 15 grams
- Protein Powder or PB2 – 30 grams
- Egg – 1
- Baking Powder – ¼ t.
- Almond Milk – ½ cup
- Sugar Free Pudding mix – 8 grams
- Dairy Free Yogurt – any flavor – 1 container
Preparation
- Mix coconut flour, protein powder, egg, baking powder, and almond milk with whisk.
- Cook on non stick skillet or spray with cooking spray.
- Mix Sugar Free Instant pudding mix (any flavor) with Yogurt (any flavor) until blended.
- Layer pancake with pudding mixture.
- Optional: add strawberries/fruit, sugar free syrup etc. s.
